New Hyundai Creta’s diesel model starts from E variant that gets silver front and rear skid plates, silver arch on the C-pillar, projector headlamps, LED positioning lamps, body coloured ORVMs with LED turn indicators, 16-inch steel wheels, and a micro roof antenna. Kia Seltos diesel range starts from HTE trim level that gets projector headlamps, 16-inch steel wheels, faux skid plates on either bumpers, and shark fin antenna. Hyundai Creta diesel E trim’s safety features include front disc brakes, front airbags, ABS with EBD, rear parking sensors, and speed alert system. Kia Seltos HTE trim, however, gets front and rear disc brakes, dual airbags, reverse parking sensors, speed alert system, and ABS with EBD.

2020 Hyundai Creta diesel E variant gets a price tag of ₹9.99 lakh while Kia Seltos diesel HTE trim will set you back by ₹10.34 lakh. All prices are ex-showroom.

Hyundai Creta with 1.5-litre petrol engine starts from the EX trim which gets front and rear silver skid plate, monotone exterior paint scheme, silver arch on the C-pillar, projector headlamps and LED positioning lamp. This variant also gets body colored bumpers, door handles, and ORVM with LED turn indicators, and shark fin antenna. as compared to Seltos, the Creta 1.5-litre EX trim gets a few additional exterior features like LED positioning lamp and ORVM with turn indicators.

Hyundai Creta’s EX trim gets a dual tone Black and Greige interior and includes features like flat-bottomed steering wheel with tilt adjustability, all four power windows, MT shift indicator, cooled glove box, front armrest, tyre pressure monitoring system, rear AC vents, key-less entry with foldable key, manual AC, electrically adjustable ORVMs, electric tailgate release, height adjustable driver seat, and luggage lamp. Creta petrol base variant also gets an eight-inch touchscreen system with support from Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, steering wheel mounted controls, and Arkamys Sound Mood system.So, the biggest difference here is that Hyundai Creta petrol EX trims gets an eight-inch touchscreen system while Seltos HTE gets a basic music system.
