Mahindra TUV300 was the only SUV in the Mahindra lineup which not received BS6 updates. The latest spy shots reveal that the new Mahindra TUV300 BS6 will be soon launching as Mahindra Bolero Neo.

The Mahindra Bolero is one of the most trusted and time tested product from Mahindra. The Car and SUV maker is now planning to take advantage of Mahindra Bolero popularity. The Mahindra Bolero Neo will extend the line of Mahindra Bolero.
What to expect
With the spy images, it’s clear that the car is taking all the design clues from TUV300. Still, you can see a lot many changes. The front grill is now changed it has got honeycomb type air intakes. the bumper is made sportier. the rear bumper is wider and changed.
The taillight is now LED, inside the cabin now you can expect a touch screen that supports android auto and apple car play. Seat covers are expected to be dual-tone. At the rear seat, you can expect a charging port and AC vents
Mahindra Bolero Neo Launch time
The updated SUV has taken a long time to come. Both Bolero and Bolero Neo shall sell side by side are expected to launch in the coming weeks. Price wise you can expect the Mahindra Bolero Neo could start from Rs 9.5 Lakh.
Mahindra Bolero Neo and TUV300 relationship
Based on SUV ladder on frame chassis. Mahindra and Mahindra launched the TUV300 back in September 2015. As a tough competitor for Maruti Virata Breeza, Ford EcoSport. But its sale was always average.
Mahindra brought cosmetic changes for TUV300 in the year 2019. And the company also introduced the extended version of TUV300 called the TUV300 Plus. which also not received much positive response in the market.
Now Mahindra is planning to launch the all-new BS6 TUV300 with Bolero Neo badging. And is hopeful of getting a positive response from the market.
Mahindra Bolero Neo Engine
Yet there is no official update from the Mahindra side. But the compact SUV in its old BS4 Avtar was powered by a 1.5-litre three-cylinder engine. It was producing a maximum power of 100bhp at 3750Rpm and a peak torque of 240Nm at 2800Rpm
We are expecting similar output from the all-new Mahindra Bolero Neo. Once after launch, the Bolero Neo shall compete with Hyundai Venue, Maruti Suzuki Vitara Breeza, TATA Nexon, Ford EcoSport and KIA Sonet.
