Ford finally launched the Ford EcoSport SE for domestic customers it comes with a similar rear end that is being offered in the export model and offered features like TPMS and punctures repair kit

Ford EcoSport SE looks and Interior
The EcoSport SE variant gets a dual-tone bumper at the rear having silver applique. unlike previous EcoSport models where the number plate was mounted on the rear bumper. In the new SE model, the rear number plate is fixed on the rear door. The Sunroof is also offered in the EcoSport SE variant.
It also gets 16 Inch alloy wheels. Additional the puncture repair kit is offered in the SE variant which facilitates the driver in repairing the tyre damage within minutes without removing the tyre from its slot. In terms of entertainment, the New EcoSport SE trim gets a SYNC 3 entertainment system that supports android auto and apple car play.
The EcoSport SE trim also gets the Ford Pass integration, a one-stop smartphone app. With a factory-fitted cloud-connected device, EcoSport owners can perform several vehicle operations in it for example starting, stopping, locking or unlocking the car remotely, via the FordPass app.

Ford EcoSport SE Engine
The engine option in New EcoSport SE trim is unchanged. like existing variants, it is also offered with 1.5-litre petrol and a 1.5-litre diesel engine. The 1.5-litre EcoSport petrol engine generates power and torque of 122PS* (90Kw) and 149bhp. Whereas the Diesel engine of EcoSport generates an output of 100PS (74kw) and 216NM. Both the EcoSport engines are paired only to a five-speed manual unit.

EcoSport SE Features
The spare wheel is not offered in the EcoSport SE model. however, it offers TPMS, a tubeless tyre and a puncture repair kit. as per the latest changes in Central Motor Vehicle Rules. The passenger vehicles having a seating capacity of up to Nine occupants are exempted from providing spare tyres. However, the exemption is applicable only of the vehicle is being offered with TPMS, Tubeless tyres and puncture repair kits.

New EcoSport SE Competition
In the domestic market, the EcoSport competes with Maruti Suzuki Vitara Breeza, Hyundai Venue, TATA Nexon and KIA Sonet.
